Is missing some dependencies, and need a little more terraform,you have a dry dock underwater to use the SNM you should create a straight coast ,and that POL depot need a railway,try find the missing dependencies,but is a nice start

Ok so area one it is. Now for a second question, what could be improved with the military base and Area 1 Navy Pier? Should I expand them in anyway or do they look good enough? I still have some unused SNM stuff so I can expand if it's needed.

Well it depends what you want... do you want to create a big military zone or just a small base?

I want it to be a smaller sized base. You know, big enough to protect Deliterri and some of the cities outside of it. I'm making more navy bases on the coast of Matinenda and military bases wherever I like.

-PEG Navy Pier
-Dry Dock
-Patrol Boats
-Fuel
-Storage

The Wind Plant is only there temporarily. It's flat so the seawalls won't be uneven.

I think in the port it should be using asphalt street or road instead of brick street.
