Nogovicka is already ready for the comers from all over AIN. Venues around the city are already full by tourists and citizens. So lets get more information?

Today starts the first week of the Nogovicka Royal Ball, already many representatives have come to the city. The delegation from different countries are still pretty quiet and we still hope to get photos and some information on how many and who will be coming. We already heard of some nations leaders ordering crazy amounts of caviar and black vodka. Some leaders in Nogovicka have chosen to stay in hotels near the palace and to visit the Wislavka. Our team is prepering the festival information on all who are coming and what we can wait from them. Clubs, girls or Opera and high culture? What can we wait from the representatives of Syldavia, Onubis and Matinenda? The represenatatives from Hiigara on this ball will be Albions two leaders -

Visited the ball last year. Sergey Mihailov will be meeting the guest for the ball. As a tradition, the ball will be started by him and lead by him. As he is the leader of Slavs of Nogovicka. He will be living in his apartment in historical part of the city, near the Opera House of Nogovicka. Mihailov is the president of Albion for already 2 years. He was born in Morskaja Gora, but most of his life lived in Nogovicka.

Mayor of Nogovicka, first time visiting the ball. Igor Kabanow, elected 2 years ago and the head of Nogovicka Government. Thanks to him Nogovicka became the Special Zone and he supported the creation of the Nogovicka as HQ of the alliance. He was born in Nogovicka, but made his carrier in Pizen. Was the head of Albions in the Senate of Confederacy in Konfederatisk. Was elected after his return as mayor of Nogovicka.

Nogovicka Kremlin Lovage has begun in Nogovicka and Pizen a military parade made by different bands from Albion, Onubis, Cattala, Matinenda, Lower Coloumbia, Syldavia and other comers to the city. This is the symbolic start of the festival in its historical center of Nogovicka and Pizen and represent the call for peace. The bands all around the AIN played there national march and show. "This show is pretty much you can't miss. All those military..... my heart just stoped" - Said Zaza. The Kremlin Zorea will happen trow the ball five times.

Nogovicka is still not only cultural center of Albion, but also the Big Apple of Hiigara. The city is the entertament and economical center of the region and it still will be keeping it up. Different music festivals will be held in Nogovicka and we will be giving you all the information that you need, from music to who is hosting them. Wislavka Palace have started greeting it first guest from all over AIN. Music, lights and warm welcome met all the commers to the Royal Palace. This also is the start of the historical period Nogovica 1700-1794. Nogovicka of royalty, being the second and at some period the Capital of Slavic States. If Pizen at this period was a traders city, where old rules lived and many said the city did not leave the 1650, Nogovicka was the heart of the enlightenment. Here Artists, musicians came to the creat the beauty that we see today. From here the window to europe was opened and the fight against the Ottomans begun.

Palace of Wislavka and Bagotochi Palace (AIN Palace) is one of the symbols of this glories times. On the throne wore the Ruriks Royal Family, close to Kushan Royalty. Tsaritsa Olga II ruled over the vast kingdom of Albionic Slavic State, controlling territories in modern Argindia, Murak and Russia. The vast Empire demanded a new center of trade and to get away from the Pizen Old Aristocracy. Nogovicka, not very powerful city in 1712 was the perfect place to build a new city and to run from the old rules and way of live. Olga came to the city in 1713 and started a great plan of restruction and most of all old city was destroyed. At this times the first great projects wore build like the Palace of Vislav which is still standing in the city, the prayer tower of Tsaritsa, Kremlin was rebuild adding the Royal Home and also the Temple of Slavic Arms.


The city from a medieval city entered the new age and already in 1732, at time of death of Olga, the City became the center of arts and enlightenment. At the end of her rule Olga started the construction of Wislavka Palace and hoped that when it will be finished she will move the Capital to Nogovicka. This of course this did not happen.

The city was taken by a new feeling of glory in 1750, when the fights against Ottomans given the hope for the Hijaran States. Nija was freed from Turks. Nogovicka entered its Golden Age of Royalty. Aristocrats founded new and glories projects. Palace of Bagotochi, Royal Opera, University of Fine Arts, Nogovicka Duma and many others. The city became known as the Pearl of Black Sea. Bourgeoisie became the main force of the richness of the city, but the old aristrocy still was the main force in Nogovicka and Albion. As bourgeoisie got richer, so there call for more rights wore made.

Even if I were famous, I doubt I’d have the self-confidence to actually insist that none of my sweets touch my salties. It’s just too embarrassing, and I couldn’t be THAT kind of person. But apparently DOES PEOPLE don’t care what anyone else thinks. They’re going to insist upon their crazy demands without the slightest hint of shame."

And a few demands that already wore made at Nogovicka Ball.
1) Delegates from Onubis demanded that their room is styled in the traditional Arabic style, along with Koran phrases on the walls, servants who speak Arabic, vases full of the best black caviar and as far away from the other delegates as possible. Onubis is one of the biggest oil producing nations in the AIN, and also one of the most demanding in luxury and weird objects and items. However we also heard that the first place that was visited by the delegates was the night clubs "Pur Pur" and "Yellow Girl". So be ready to see crazy drivers screaming in Arabic over the coming weeks.

2)Oh Cattala! Never forgot Lord Anthony Secolo. Anthony this time will not be coming to the ball. We remember the fun story that his "Wife" - beard left the ball saying "That she got poisoned", but our paper said 100% that she was just sad that her husband only wanted to play on the other side in the Palais Noir, a VIP club that is said to be a Gay Club or a Bordeil. This year we will find if the Lord is really a typical Dancing Queen of Cattala.

Nogovicka Royal Opera will be opened this weeks free to all who wish to come. Some of the things that will be playing in Nogovicka.

L'Orfeo, sometimes called L'Orfeo, favola in musica, is an early Baroque opera by Claudio Monteverdi, with a libretto by Alessandro Striggio. It is based on the Greek legend of Orpheus, and tells the story of his descent to Hades and his fruitless attempt to bring his dead bride Eurydice back to the living world. Written in 1607 for a court performance during the annual Carnival at Mantua, L'Orfeo is one of the earliest music dramas still regularly performed in Nogovicka.


La Cenerentola, ossia La bontà in trionfo (Cinderella, or Goodness Triumphant) is an operatic dramma giocoso in two acts by Gioachino Rossini. The libretto was written by Jacopo Ferretti, based on the fairy tale Cinderella. The opera was first performed in Rome's Teatro Valle on 25 January 1817. Rossini composed La Cenerentola when he was 25 years old, following the success of The Barber of Seville the year before. La Cenerentola, which he completed in a period of three weeks, is considered to have some of his finest writing for solo voice and ensembles.


Europa riconosciuta is an opera in two acts by Antonio Salieri, designated as a dramma per musica, set to an Italian libretto by Mattia Verazi.
The opera takes place in Tyre and tells a story of love, violence and political discord in ancient times. The central character, Europa, was once the lover of Zeus and helps resolve all disagreements after she discloses her identity - thus the title "Europa Revealed.

The cities center lighted up with fireworks and music as ships of the Old Kingdom entered the river. As classical music played, many remembered the times of glories Nogovickan Fleet taken the city of Al Garibat and defeatings the Ottomans in the Black Sea. I tried to contact the President of Syldavia, but he first informed me that he is working, later I saw him in home of Terasieva, one of the richest citizens of the city. Next week i will be trying to get to the president at any cost. So we will be giving you the interview.

Now about Karasem Flag Problem. This year again the president demanded Flags of his country to be put in the room, but luckly only two. We now that the President also has started buying loads and loads of Cavier and Black Vodka with snakes. We are trying right now to find if the president has a drinking or fish problem. After a delay due to a dispute in the House of Commons, the Illu'an President Edward and his wife will arrive on the Illu'an Presidential Jet in 5 hours.

Due to problems occurring in Llithustania, Katherina Yutrovich and the Presidential Family and several unmetioned former Royals (Royals have not ruled in over 500 years ) will attend the the Nogovicka Royal ball upon arrival at the 21st May.

Here we will tell the story of communities in Nogovicka, that came from AIN Nations like Cattala, Karasem, Atlantic Federation and other. Every community and every person created something unique for the city. The First Cattalians which fought to keep there faith in 16 century, Fairview immigrants trying to find a place under the sun, Llithustania District build in unity and peace and other interesting stories that is Nogovicka. Here are a one of stories that we found. We will be brining more stories like this every update.

Story by Samuel Gaston, born in Nogovicka, Catholic, His Great, Great, Great, Great Grandfather was Cattalian. - "Nogovicka was always my home, my G,G,G,G Grandfather came to Nogovicka in 1523 with the Trade Mission from Ontano. He was demanded to bring goods and to be a missionary in the river region of Nogovo. When he first came to the city, he was shocked about the state of religion and the cults that wore still held at this region. First Three Years wore horrible, as most of his trials to start the trade failed and the missionary work failed horribly and almost cost his life, when he tried to build a Chapel in the Village near Nogovicka.

As you can see Nogovicka in 1523 was closed to Christians as wars between Christians and Pagans was always a fear for the rulers of Hijaran States. Catholics wore attacked and there tries to turn the religion was punished. But in 1526, the Governer of Nogovicka, Yaroslavski declared creation of a Slobada for traders where they can live in peace and follow there gods.

When in 1526 he was allowed to enter the Palace of the governer, he was allowed to construct the Chapel in a special trade zone for the foreingers called "Nemaja Sloboda" as "Deaf free settlement" as most of the foreingers wore called Nemije, those that can't speak Hijaran Common. He build a Fur Trading and became a rich man and taken a Hijaran Slavic Woman as a wife. Many years later I still live in Nogovicka and protect the heritage of my family.

Songs and Dances wore held in Nogovicka, the main theme is the Hijaran Culture of the region of Nogovo. The region was heavelly influenced by Eastern Slavic Dance and Music Culture. (Did you know that in Real Life, Nogovicka is located in place of Odessa.) The many famous dances include Kalinka, Barynia and etc. Of more "modern" comers to Nogovo Region is the dance of Tarantella. The dance came with traders around 1410. The dance became popular and is still seen as the Folk Dance of the region.

As more and more foreingers come to the Ball, the music enters the age of Republican Nogovicka, after the revolution and the small restoration of monarchy, Olga II The Great, ruled only 3 years and in her rule. But in three years she created the republic of Albion and left her throne as a equal and ending her rule, ended the monarchy in peace.

Our part of the Ball enter the age of Romance, Blood and Wars. Nogovicka became the center of the last aristocrats that tried to restor the monarchy. The city grew and expanded and in 1802, the conflict between Nogovicka and the central government grew, entering the civil war of the Two Rivers.

The Ball will be set in this years, all are demanded to wear costumes in the style of there countries in that time. Also you can post photos of national costumes in start of 1800.

This has called for a interesting moment, many say that after the almost never begining Marriage between Ascadylean Queen and Prince Segesmund, the royalty of Hijara demands a new blood. Nogovicka Citi District is full of people this days, as the Love Parade begun in the streets of the district. The Love Parade was created in 1986 its a popular electronic dance music festival and parade that originated Nogovicka. It was held in Albion annually. This a celebration of love and support to the LGBT community that is still at some AIN Nations is under treat by religiouse or nationalist groups. Many nations have entered the parade like the "Atlantic Puff Puff girls", "Karasem Manga Lovers" and others. The parade will be held in 3 days. Also Music Festival will be given. Supporting Slavic Speaking to enter the AIN market.

Well I doubt the Blue Guards were that harsh... Were they?

Delegations from Nogovicka are starting to fly to Kendall, Lower Columbia. The Hiigaran Delegations and Mayor of Nogovicka are bringing a symbol of unity, as Nogovicka and Kendall will become sister cities. The Statue of Unity will be a depiction of Nogovicka in Kendall and Kendall in Nogovicka. The statue in the city of Nogovicka was put near the Kremlin and will be opened when the ball returns to the city.

Nogovicka Ball will return and in few updates, will end with a huge festival.

The Palace of Wislavka still is full with delegations from all over AIN and the Palace will be still open to the public. The Ball will still continue, but most of the people will be coming to Kendall.

Many of the comers to the Wislavka this days wore demanded to wear correct dress to enter. We give a few information on what people came in. How do we know the characteristics of Baroque fashion? There were no computers during the 17th century. In addition, there were no televisions or movies. In fact, photography would not be invented for about more two centurie.


We can learn about Baroque fashion through writings, drawings and artwork that have survived through time to today. While drawings and paintings can give us vivid images, these images are somewhat limiting. This is because artists had to be paid for their work and the poor didn't have any money. Existing portraits are usually of those from the wealthier classes.

During the early Baroque period, men might have hair down to the shoulders and a Van Dyke beard and mustache. Women's long hair would be drawn upwards into a wire frame.

Men's clothing was quite fancy. A man might wear a hat with a plume to a ball or a beaver hat with a cocked brim. His collar could be a cartwheel ruff. Think of a bunch of layers of fluffy fabric sticking out from your neck. Otherwise, the collar would be a falling ruff, which is similar to a cartwheel ruff except the collar lays on the man's shoulders. A man's shirt might have laced cuffs. His pantaloons would end below the knees. He could also wear stockings and his boots might have spurs.
Women's collars could also be cartwheel ruffs. She might wear a smaller version of the falling ruff. Her dress might have large puffy sleeves. She might wear as many as eight petticoats under her skirt. Necklines could be low, but not indecent.


Men continued to out-fashion the ladies during the late Baroque. Men's hair grew below the collar, with curly hair being particularly popular. Men would also wear wigs and sport goatees. As the Baroque era progressed, women's hair came down, was parted in the middle and had bangs. During the end of the Baroque period, women built their hair up again into do's that might be almost 24 inches tall.

All in all, styles for both men and women both appeared rather uncomfortable in comparison to today's fashion. But then, there weren't flip-flops and tee shirts during the Baroque era.

Our paper has got information that Nina photos wore photoshopped, using Paint program. The information that she was attacked, was not proven and mostly not true. We got information that she reached the Room of the Cattalian Delegations, but was not let in. After that she started flirting, then she proposed to give money to get in. After she was not let in she left and given money for a room in Nogovicka Hospital, where she made the story.

The Yellow Pages will not apologies to the Cattalian Delegation, as we still did not reach the true story.

Zaza has reached Kendall today and has given three shows already to a full audience, mostly of Hijaran born. She will be still one of the members of the Hijaran Representaties and will be also the show leading part with the Columbian lead. She also will the only one from our paper telling us about wonderful live in Kendall and how all goes. So Zaza is still with us.

Nogovicka Ball is coming to Kendall. We hope the Ball will get even better and more correct with english, with the support of Lower Columbia Government, Nogovicka Oblast. Kendall is the capital of the Lower Columbia and also one of AIN "Must See Cities". We have some connection problem to the ball in Kendall, the broadcasting of Nogovicka Ball will return.

Though the art of social dance is a tradition forgotten by many, in Nogovicka, ball season is alive and well.

Every year, more than 300 grand balls are held. Ladies and gentlemen in gowns and black tie assemble to waltz, see, and be seen in some of Albion's finest venues, including the Imperial Palace. We have the pleasure of attending once such ball this year, The Nogovicka AIN Ball, held annually at said location with a guest list of over 10,000.

A typical ball evening begins with dinner, as one must prep for a late night of dancing. Then, most guests head to the ball venue around 7:30 PM to see the opening ceremony -- though I'm told "professional" ball goers, or people who've been attending several balls per week for years, tend to skip the ceremony and arrive at 11 or so when the real "party" starts. Depending on which ball it is, the ceremony may be less or more lavish. Ball included not only singing, dancing, and speeches by dignitaries and, of course, AIN Nationalities.

Once the ceremonies are completed, the ball begins. At the start of every Ball Evening, Elmayer Vergi,Alibion's etiquette expert, announces "Vse Tancuem!" or "Everyone waltz!" -- and that they do.

Nogovickan balls typically continue this way until the end of the evening, usually 6:00 AM or later. In the early wee hours, the doors are staffed with gift distributors, as it is customary for ladies to receive a gift as they exit the ball. After that, Nogovickan cafes are stuffed with ball attendees in full ball regalia eating goulash and drinking beer and enjoying the remains of the dark hours. Some ballgoers can be seen wandering the streets with half undone hair and gowns until about noon the next day. This is totally normal for Nogovicka.



Stilyagi (Russian: стиляги, the plural of "стиляга", stilyaga; lit. "stylish", "style hunter") was a derogatory appellation for the members of a youth subculture that existed from the late 1940s until the early 1960s in the Soviet Union and 1950 and 1953 in Occupied Hijaran States. Stilyagi were primarily distinguished by their snappy or fashionable clothing, considered politically incorrect and contrary to the communist-socialist realities of the time, and fascination with modern music and fashions. English writings on Soviet culture variously translated the term as "dandy," "fashionistas", beatniks, hipsters, zoot suiters, etc.

Their apolitical views, neutral or negative attitudes toward Soviet morality, and their open admiration of modern, especially American, lifestyles were key characteristics that slowly developed during the 1950s in USSR. In the mid 1950s, many people were arrested for making recordings on "bones" (developed X-ray films). In Nogovicka and other major cities of Albion, many wore trild and send to labour camps.

At the dawn of the phenomenon, the stilyagi look was rather a caricature, inspired by movies from abroad of recent years. It resembled the zoot suit but combined different bright colors. By the late fifties, the look had evolved into something more elegant and stylish. Typical stilyagi wear included narrow pants, long jackets, narrow tie, bright color shirts and thick soled shoes.


Music and dance
Usually stilyagi enjoyed popular American music of 1940s, especially swing and boogie-woogie, especially the music of Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman and the soundtrack from the film Sun Valley Serenade. The "serenade" instantly became a cult among stilyagi, and one of its songs, the famous "Singing in the rain", served as their unofficial anthem. Stilyagi developed their own styles of dance originated from boogie-woogie and later also adopted rock-n-roll.

For many Albion Slavs, it was the way to fight the communist and to keep the social and capitalist freedom that they had. Many went underground and still danced and tried to keep there live.
