Structure and Reform of the MCA
The Ministry for Citizen's Affairs is currently undergoing some reform and re-organisation. The Vice President has informed me that the Alliance of Independent Nations Statistics Institute (AINSI) has come under the MCA's jurisdiction and I am pleased to announce the new sub-departments of the Ministry for Citizen's Affairs.
Currently I have no plans to infringe on the independence of the AINSI but I have been studying the AINSI and my other departments recently to see if improvements can be made and will be continuing to do so over the next few weeks. If you have any queries or questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Will this have an effect on anything at the moment? Or is this just an announcement for the future?

AINSI is a dictature.

Re: Structure and Reform of the MCA
I created it, and I think today we need more systems, forms and specially, justificatives and proofs more turned to ingame and detail work. If we don´t privillege Ingame work and backgrounds for the numbers, I think yes, it will behave like a dictature. My say is totally hand it to the propper and capable ministries able to develop these kinds of verifications and examinations in order to keep it fair and neutral.
- We don't want nations doubling size, economy, etc without fair ingame work, form filling, rich background explanations and roleplay justificatives...

Re: Structure and Reform of the MCA
What this says is that the MCA is split into four sub-areas: Education, Security, Healthcare and the AINSI. So now when I post a thread about Education, it's part of the Department for Education, clearly defining the ministry. Also, it's about how I'm changing the Ministry and improving the service for you, the members.
I don't know what a dictature is, but apparently it translates as a dictatorship. Well I'm not sure if it is, but I will look into that for you since you feel it's a concern.
And no, we don't want nations doubling size, economy etc without good reasons. If we make the AINSI more accountable for its actions, with the creation of a commissioner role, that will help.
