I'm abstaining. This policy, if enacted, will not affect Arcacia in any way as education is free and all other points are already covered in the Constitution of the Republic.

Somehow I missed seeing this proposal when it was under debate. Too bad; my knowledge of how NCLB actually affects educators in the USA could have been useful.

In any event, based on said knowledge, Lower Columbia votes NO.

I'll abstain too. NCLB has been a problem in the USA, and I want to know if there wouldn't be the same effect to the AIN.

Yup, I did remove that part.

This policy is basically for every country. If your country have free education, then it is fine. It won't affect your country's status of a free education.

I'll vote yes not to support my Proposal, but voting as a member.

Fornax does not have free education as the government does not believe in welfare state.

Depending on the vote, I may try to re-propose LNCB but this time with more info especially on whether countries enforce free or non-free education.

The Tirnreich will veto this statute. While it may be beneficial for single nations to take up this system, making it Union-wide would also call for several total education reforms.

Please note, this does not mean the Tirnreich disagrees with the statute entirely, but would not want it passed for the Union.

Does the Head of Education, Safety and Health wish to proceed with this Statute and bring this matter to the AIN court or withdraw the bill?
