Holidia's Visa Waiver Program

As there are no border controls on the ROI/HA border these regulations apply to the whole island of Ireland (North and South)

[FREE TRAVEL AREA - OPEN BORDER] Citizens of the following nations and crown dependencies may cross the border without I.D. (although to fly to/from these nations a valid passport or other acceptable I.D. must be provided) and may live, work and apply for Holidian citizenship

Republic of Ireland
United Kingdom
Isle of Man

**Note: If a car is hired in ROI or the UK, it is not permitted on any Holidian public road unless Compulsory Foreign Hire Insurance (CFHI) is bought from any post office, police/garda Station, council office or selected garages/service areas, this is strictly enforced by the police through the use of ANPR ***

[OPEN BORDER] Citizens of the following countries/crown dependencies require only valid photo ID (such as a driver's license or student ID) to enter Holidia and no limits are placed on their length of stay, work or study:

Guernsey
Jersey
Ollingdale
Nations that have been in the European Union for longer than five years (inclusive)


[OPEN BORDER] Citizens of the following countries require only a valid passport to enter Holidia and only require a visa if they intend to live, work or study for more than six months, visas last up to five years:

Norway
Switzerland
Turkey
All other European Union members


[VISA WAIVER] Citizens of the following countries require only a valid passport to enter Holidia and may stay for up to two months, but require a valid visa to work or study, these can only be obtained through an immigration tribunial in Holidia or online and from a Holidian embassy/consulate in an immigrants home nation:

Arcacia
Ascadylea
Canada
Corraile
Croatia
Hypertrophy
Illu'a
Lanaya
Lisieux
Lower Columbia
Petrova
Roanoke Island
Tirnreich
Tongolia
United States


[VISA] Citizens of all other countries require a valid passport and valid visa to enter Holidia. Tourist visas are valid for two months from date of issue, tourist visa carriers must leave Holidia within this time and tourist visas cannot be renewed within Holidiaa. Work/study visas are valid for four years from date of issue and can only be renewed by presenting oneself to an immigration tribunial.

By default all AIN nations have visa waiver priveledges - although these are removed if misused by citizens of the nation. Please tell meif you ahve been left off...
