If you view the image in a new tab (chrome) or in a separate window or whatever it says on the top of the browser the image is a .jpg which means it isn't a .gif which means no .gif animation.

Guys my computer ALMOST stopped working

:pale:

265GB of my 500GB are customized unrecoverable files.

Fortunately, after turning its power off for 10 seconds and trying to restart it worked. I also got a 10 MB connection now.

I took 3 and a half hours to try this basic solution. I though it was a lot more serious...Even changed some BIOS settings...
