Charing Cross looks a bit glassy on top. But modern buildings always look out of place when next to older style buildings, so...

What are the fractional angle buildings in the middle of this picture?

I used Paint (as usual) and I paste pics so they can match pixels by pixels LOL

The CoA was actually very tough to do. The worst was to found a CoA with a tiger, so I was lucky to search in Ontario things, since I modify Hamilton City's CoA. Cheeky/Razz
